This tour is designed especially for cruise ship passengers visiting Tauranga and is a 'must do' for all fans of Lord of the Rings (LOR) or the Hobbit. The film set is complete and offers a unique opportunity to have a fully guided 2 hour tour of Hobbiton, pose in the door ways of Hobbit Holes and see Bag End, finishing up at the Green Dragon Inn for a specially brewed ale. Add to this the opportunity to see New Zealand's biggest geyser, Pohutu, erupt up to 30 metres into the air at Te Puia and you have an extraordinary day.
